RETURNS POLICY
Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for eligible products. Items must be unused, factory sealed, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Initiate a Return:
To begin the return process, email support@proxietab.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Policy Changes:
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Order Cancellation Window:
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase as long as the shipping label has not been generated. If a shipping label has already been created, a $6.00 cancellation fee may apply.
How to Cancel:
Email support@proxietab.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Include your order number and reason for cancellation. If your request is outside this window or after label generation, the cancellation may not be approved or may be subject to fees.
Cancellation Fees:
A $6.00 fee applies to cancellations made after label generation to cover processing costs.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds for Returns:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method if the item meets return eligibility. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
Timing of Refunds:
Refund times vary based on your payment provider. If you do not see your refund within 5 business days of confirmation, contact your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Items:
Used items or items not returned in their original condition and packaging are not eligible for refund.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund (if eligible).
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you received a defective or damaged product, contact support@proxietab.com within 5 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders:
