Due to the nature of the products sold on proxietab.com, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY

If you receive a defective, leaking, or malfunctioning item, please do the following:

  • Keep the original packaging

  • Provide proof of purchase

  • Send a photo showing visible damage or leaking

  • For electronic items, include a video showing the malfunction

Send all required documentation to support@proxietab.com. Only store credit will be issued for verified defective products.

Shipping costs, taxes, and processing fees are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All canceled orders are subject to a 15% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your original payment. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

COUPON CODES AND SALES TERMS

  • Only one coupon code may be used per order

  • Reward points and coupon codes cannot be combined. If both are applied, the system will prioritize reward points

  • Coupon codes do not apply to bundles, weekly deals, clearance items, or other discounted products

ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Arbitration will take place in Los Angeles, California, or via video/phone conference.

Each party is responsible for its legal fees. Arbitration will be conducted in English. Arbitrator decisions are final and enforceable.

30-DAY OPT-OUT

You may opt out of the arbitration and class action waiver within 30 days of accepting these terms by emailing support@proxietab.com. If you opt out, we will also not be bound by this clause.
