Proxietab.com does not sell cannabinoid or vape-related products to individuals under the age of 21. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT

You must provide accurate and up-to-date billing and payment details when placing an order. By doing so, you authorize Proxietab to charge your payment method for the total amount, including taxes and shipping.

Pre-authorizations may be placed by your bank. These are temporary holds and not actual charges.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

HIGH RISK TRANSACTION POLICY

We monitor all orders for fraud. Transactions that show unusual activity may be flagged for manual review. If a transaction is found to be high risk or fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We may request additional verification. We use industry-standard security tools including AVS, CVV, and geolocation.

PAYMENT SECURITY

All transactions are secured using SSL encryption. We do not store your payment information. Card data is processed in real-time.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate billing information. We are not liable for issues resulting from incorrect details.

PROMO CODE EXCEPTION FOR BUNDLES

Promotional codes are not valid on product bundles unless explicitly stated. Bundles are sold at a discounted price and cannot be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to change or cancel promotions at any time.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or holidays are processed the next business day.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard: 3 to 6 business days

  • Expedited: 2 to 4 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, and carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Once an order is placed, changes to the address or shipping method may not be possible. Double-check your order before confirming.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, email support@proxietab.com with your order number and reason.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or a fulfillment error occurred.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected and approved. Please allow 5 business days for processing. Some items are non-refundable for safety reasons. We do not process exchanges—please place a new order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase if the shipping label has not yet been printed. After this window, a $6.00 cancellation fee may apply.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds for approved returns are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Refund timing may depend on your bank.

We do not refund used or opened items. Damaged or defective items must be reported to support@proxietab.com within 5 days of delivery.

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

Subscriptions provide recurring delivery of selected products. You can modify or cancel at any time via your account. Charges will occur on your selected schedule. Subscriptions are subject to the same return policy as regular purchases.

 

LOYALTY PROGRAM

Our loyalty program allows customers to earn points from purchases, reviews, and social engagement. Points can be redeemed for discounts and rewards. Program terms may change. Participation is optional and can be cancelled at any time.

 

MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

Members may receive early access, exclusive discounts, and special promotions. Membership can be cancelled at any time. Terms are subject to change.

 

KRATOM DISCLAIMER

This product contains Mitragyna speciosa (kratom) and may cause side effects such as nausea, respiratory issues, or dependence. Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.
